 The team from Hagger were efficient and the service was second to none. The hearing loop systems that were installed will change the way we can communicate with our hearing impaired visitors and improve the level of customer service for everyone. The speaker system put on the boat will also make the boat trips more informative and make the boatman’s job easier.

Abbey Guest House

 Being a very small B&B - but still keen to assist guests with disabilities - I searched long and hard to obtain advice about suitable products for guests with either visual or hearing impairment. When I eventually stumbled upon Hagger I obtained all that I needed and more!  

 The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful in terms of offering advice and recommending products, the response time for the delivery of the products I then ordered was excellent, and finally the products themselves do exactly what it says on the box (OK, for that read 'advert'!). What a shame that the official organisations that supposedly exist to help people with these disabilities can not provide the same level of service. 

 I will be recommending this company to any other similar business that is thinking of extending their guest offering.
